Mindfulness and Mandala Workshops
These workshops combine mindfulness and creativity in a unique way in order to provide a space and time for you to step back from your busy life and take time to connect with your own needs. You will journey to your centre and along the way gain insights into difficulties you may be facing and what needs to change for you to enjoy and increased sense of wellbeing.
