Here is some of the beautiful creative work from the participants in our July Mindfulness and Mandala workshop. It was a very special day. It is difficult for most of us to take time out to rest, contemplate, create and have fun without any agenda but it is essential for our wellbeing and our ability to contribute to the wellbeing of others. Thanks to all who attended!
