What is Mindfulness ?
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our attention, and thus ourselves, back into the present moment, connecting us with the vast sources of peace, awareness, well being and joy that exist innately within us. Mindfulness is the awareness that comes from being fully present in the here and now, without judgement, to things as they are. It has the capacity to refresh and heal us, and deepen the quality and experience of our lives.
